My dearest Malzy, like I call you. Coined out of the igbo word “Omalicha” which means beauty. Over the past 50 years you have been beautiful within and without, like a city set on a hill that cannot be hid. 12 of these 50 years you have been a rock to us as a family! Being involved in the planning your iconic birthday celebration with Siobhan and Faraah, has truly been a delightful experience, as we watch you occasionally guessing and wondering what we are up to (lol). Especially for someone like you, who takes no chances and is very intentional about everything! This singular trait is why from your early days to date, you have been deliberate with your choices and God has guided you into the success that you are.
From your 20s through to your 40s, you built exceptional skills around your passion and been blessed with a remarkable career, and even with all of this you have never lost sight of your values and the most important things in life. You are a wonderful wife and mother who has celebrated birthdays, holidays, and ordinary days with the same vigour in quiet strength, finding time from your busy schedule for those quiet evenings and date nights. Still carrying everyone along with sounds of laughter echoing from your study at home, to deliver a complete feeling of love, joy and belonging.
Our marriage has been nothing but divinely orchestrated, through its different seasons, where you have consistently rocked my world and I would choose to marry you all over again Sweetie! May God continue to keep you, in good health to fulfill all that HE has called you to be, as there’s so much more in store baby. I love you and ALWAYS will.
